No small print

How the agreement works

We work with a flexible publishing model. After assessing each work, we present a written proposal detailing investment, services, rights, royalties, production, distribution and duration. No project begins without the author's express acceptance.

We do not publish a fixed price list here because there is no such thing: a forty-page poetry collection and a three-hundred-page essay neither cost the same nor need the same things. What you can expect is that everything will be in writing before you start paying for anything.

What the proposal always answers

Which model applies to your work: traditional publishing, co-publishing or publishing services.
Who finances proofreading, design, printing, distribution and launch.
Which rights you keep and which you assign, and for how long.
How royalties are calculated and paid.
Printing method: print run or print-on-demand.
Which services are included, which are optional and which are not covered.
How far the distribution we offer you reaches.

Submitting a manuscript does not assign any rights or commit you to anything. Your work remains your property until you sign a contract, and you can read that contract at your own pace before signing it.
